B.S. Agricultural Communications and Journalism; Secondary Major: Dance and the Human Experience
Annika is currently a junior majoring in Agricultural Communications and Journalism at Kansas State. She has been heavily involved with 4-H for almost her entire life and has served in various leadership roles at the local, state, and even national level. She served as president of the Kansas 4-H Youth Leadership Council in 2022 and as a collegiate facilitator at the National 4-H Conference in 2023. She is excited to reprise her role at the National 4-H Conference again this spring. Last summer, Annika interned for U.S. Senator Jerry Moran in Washington, D.C. where she worked closely with his agricultural legislative team. As her career goals evolve she looks forward to pursuing agricultural policy and working to support the people who feed and clothe us.
