Andrew Le

Andrew Le is a Wichita, Kansas native, born to Vietnamese refugees who worked in the meatpacking and aviation industries. Although he doesn't come from an agricultural background, Andrew is passionate about the global food system and its role in food security and sustainability. He is currently serving as the 2025 Collegiate Food and Ag Policy Fellow for Kansas Sorghum, where he advocates for sorghum producers and helps shape agricultural policy through legislative tracking, communications, and developing testimony. Prior to this, Andrew gained experience with the Kansas Legislature, City of Wichita, and Wichita City Council, focusing on policy development and community engagement. This internship offers an invaluable opportunity to apply my background, allowing me to advocate, the opportunity to learn first-hand from industry professionals, and to walk in the footsteps of other passionate student leaders committed to shaping the future of our state’s agricultural community.
