Amber Oerly

Amber Oerly currently works for Fulcrum Global Capital, a Kansas City based venture capital firm that invests in early-stage food, agriculture, and animal health startup companies. Amber has research and internship experience with the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, National Grazing Lands Coalition; Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry; Noble Research Institute; and Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry. She has also served as a Farm Foundation Agricultural Economics Fellow and a Kansas Farm Bureau Fellow. Amber is passionate about rural America and innovative agricultural technologies. She enjoys learning about how agricultural producers adopt technologies and is excited to be a part of bringing innovative technologies to global food and agricultural production. During her time as a Flinchbaugh Food and Ag Policy Fellow, Amber enjoyed learning how Kansas agriculture trade associations impact state and federal policies.
